🌱 Day 2 – Aligning Our Intentions
Reflection:
Clearing space opens the room; aligning intentions tells the room what it’s for. Today isn’t about perfect goals — it’s about truthful direction. When you name your intention before God, you give your heart a target and your habits a lane. This is how we stop moving on autopilot and start moving on assignment.
Scripture:
“Then the Lord answered me and said: ‘Write the vision
And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it.’” — Habakkuk 2:2 NKJV
Today’s Invitation:
Write one sentence that captures your intention for this series. Keep it clear and prayerful. You’re creating a landing strip for God’s work.
Template: “I am open to God reshaping my thinking about ____ so that I can ____.”
Examples:
• “I am open to God reshaping my thinking about money so that I can steward with peace and discipline.”
• “I am open to God reshaping my thinking about love so that I can receive it without shrinking myself.”
• “I am open to God reshaping my thinking about consistency so that I can show up in my calling when no one is watching.”
Write it by hand, say it out loud, and place it where you’ll see it (bathroom mirror, phone lock screen, notebook tab).
Closing Prayer/Affirmation:
Lord, I align my heart with Yours. Establish my thoughts and order my steps. Let this intention be a seed You water and grow. I move with clarity, courage, and obedience. Amen.
Meet me back here tomorrow for Day 3 as we invite Jesus in and prepare our hearts for His presence.
With grace and grit,
