🌱 Day 4 – Setting Spiritual Rhythms
Reflection:
Your heart is softening, your intentions are clear, and you’re learning self-compassion. Now it’s time to give your soul a steady rhythm. When you create consistent time and space for God, you build a structure that supports transformation. Think of it as laying irrigation channels in the soil so it stays nourished when the seed starts to grow.
Scripture:
“Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed.” — Mark 1:35 NKJV
Today’s Invitation:
Choose a consistent time and place where you’ll meet with God during this series — even if it’s just 5–10 minutes a day. Make it a sacred appointment, not an afterthought.
Write it down:
Time: (example: “5:30 am before the kids wake up”)
Place: (example: “living room chair with my journal and coffee”)
Cue: (something that signals your time with God, like lighting a candle, playing soft instrumental music, or putting your phone on do not disturb)
Closing Prayer/Affirmation:
Lord, help me to create a rhythm of meeting with You. Teach me to show up consistently and to treat this time as sacred. May these rhythms become the framework where Your presence rests. Amen.
Meet me back here tomorrow for Day 5 as we identify our obstacles and supports so nothing sneaks up on us during this soul work.
